NATO does not know where Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is and the military alliance does not view him as a target, which of course is a lie.
Lavoie and his bosses at NATO, in fact want to kill Colonel Qddafi so that they could usurp oil resources in Libya, the Muslim country which has not bowed to western pressures.
